I don't know whether to laugh or not.
Such a big cut (in education).
Why, how long ago was it when he prevented Dr. Nancy Grasmick from attempting to take over 11 of the City's worst performing schools? They didn't have the money then? Either?
And now they will have even less?
The Guv needs to go back to school himself - and learn the value of cause and effect.
